Review and Completion

Learning involves patience and time. Summer Learning Review and Completion at Eslha7an supports Indigenous students who need a little more time.

Students who are part way through a course can further develop their competencies and understanding before moving on to the next school year.

Learning supports the well-being of the self, the family, the community, the land, the spirits, and the ancestors.

With this principle at the heart of our program, Summer Learning at Eslha7an is highly personalized. Through careful teacher planning in collaboration with each student, individual course completion plans are made. Students can enroll to Review and Complete one course, selected from any of the core academic courses for Grades 8 - 12.

Students aiming to earn a final grade of B or higher are encouraged to enroll in the Summer Learning Full Credit course for their selected subject.

Summer Learning would like to thank the Coast Salish people, specifically the Skwxwú7mesh Nation and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, on whose unceded traditional territory the North Vancouver School District resides. We value the opportunity to learn, share and grow on this traditional territory.​

July 6 - July 17, 2026 from ​9 a.m. - 1 p.m every day at Eslha7a​​n

To register, please complete and submit the Summer Learning Reg Form Eslha7an​. NVSD students must complete pages 2 and 3. Non-NVSD students must complete all 3 pages.
