Registration

Registration is now closed

Online registration for Summer Learning 2026 closed on Monday, June 22 2026 at 9 a.m. 

Some courses still may be accessible through the waitlist.

If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please send an email to summer@sd44.ca with WAITLIST in the subject line. Please include the student's full name, current grade, school attending, and parent contact phone number. If a seat becomes available, we will use this contact to offer a seat.​​  

Students who are currently enrolled will be receiving a confirmation letter on or before Friday, June 26. The letter will contain start up information as well as course details and teacher and room information. 

Out of District Students

Please note, registration is now closed. Please see below for steps that need to be completed at the Summer Learning office for out of district students. 

Registration for Out of District students opened on May 19, 2026 at 9 a.m. and closed on June 22, 2026.

Students who currently attend Brockton School or Mulgrave School must register in person (because those schools do not use the MyEdBC student information system).

Students who currently attend other independent, private, or public schools outside NVSD may register through the links on this page beginning at 9 a.m. on May 19, 2026. The links open a Guest NVSD SchoolCash Online page.

  • Please do not log in to your own District's SchoolCash Online

  • Follow the instructions and complete all sections

  • Check out as a guest to complete the registration

Out of District Students register for Full Credit Grade 10 - 12 Courses

Out of District Students register for Non-Credit Foundations Courses

 

In person registration is available only for those students who currently attend a school that does not use MyEdBC.

  • The student's parent or legal guardian must complete the registration in person at the Summer Learning office in Mountainside Secondary School, 3365 Mahon Ave, North Vancouver, beginning on May 19 at 10 a.m.

  • Refer to the Summer Learning Registration Document Checklist, and bring all original required documents with you.

  • A $100 refundable resource deposit is payable at the time of registration, by debit or credit card only.
